Brad is a Senior Construction Manager in Evergreen’s Industrial Development platform. He was born in Indiana and attended Purdue University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Building Construction Management. For the past two decades, Brad has worked for a large general contractor, a large financial institution, and developers where he managed projects as large as $130M. He has managed work in several product types including industrial, retail, office, and multifamily.  Brad is married with two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending lots of time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, snowboarding….well basically any activity outside.
