Erica is a Vice President, Development in Evergreen’s Arizona office, overseeing multiple complex real estate development projects in Arizona, California, Colorado and Utah. Erica spent several years actively involved in Valley Partnership, an advocacy group for responsible development in Greater Phoenix, and was a member of the 2017-2018 Valley Partnership Advocates Class. She was the first Evergreener to graduate from the Small Giants Leadership Academy and is a Certified Small Giants Leader. Erica chairs Evergreen’s Social Committee where she organizes employee programs for personal and professional improvement, social networking, and health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and a Masters of Arts in Education from University of Phoenix.
