Franccesca is Evergreen’s Sr. Accountant & Loan Administrator and is responsible for obtaining construction loans, processing loan applications and closings, and maintaining strong lender relationships. She works closely with Evergreen’s CFO to prepare annual consolidated financial statements, overhead allocations, and schedules, and business line reports. Franccesca has 19 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance industry and served for 9 years as the Accounting Supervisor at a Phoenix-area non-profit. She completed her Bachelor’s in Accounting in 2004 and will complete her MBA from Franklyn University in early 2021. Franccesca joined Evergreen in 2018.
