Kaytlin is a Development Manager and responsible for the project management of Evergreen’s retail developments in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Utah. Kaytlin works closely with Evergreen’s Retail Development and Leasing teams to guide Evergreen’s projects to success. She has 6 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, and her previous work as a Commercial Real Estate Broker brings valuable experience to her position managing commercial projects. Kaytlin holds a bachelor’s degree from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and has been with Evergreen since 2017.
