Lucas Nuttall is the Acquisition Manager for Evergreen’s California Retail team. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting ground-up retail development opportunities for single-tenant net leased retailers across Southern California, with a primary focus on the San Diego and Central Coast markets. He has developed and maintains high-level relationships with key commercial brokers throughout the California marketplace, leveraging Evergreen’s 50 year track record of success for delivering high quality, retail investment projects.  Lucas is a Southern California native, having grown up in Ventura County and attended UC San Diego for a degree in International Relations & Political Science. He also holds a California Real Estate License and previously worked as a commercial real estate broker. Lucas speaks Spanish fluently, enjoys international travel, surfing, swimming, and spending time with his family. He has been with Evergreen since 2018.
