Matt Nielson manages Evergreen’s Utah office and oversees all acquisitions and strategic relationships in Utah & Idaho. Matt focuses on ground-up development, business development through strategic relationships and the adaptive reuse of existing spaces. Matt has experience in site development, financial modeling, market analysis, contract negotiations, due diligence and tenant roll out strategies. Matt has assisted a number of national and local retailers in their expansion throughout the Mountain States. Matt received his Bachelors degree in English and a Masters of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Utah. He is a certified graduate of the Small Giants Leadership Academy.  Matt holds a Utah real estate license and is a member of ICSC and CCIM.
