Cara is a Retail Leasing Assistant at Evergreen where she assists in the lease-up of retail projects in Arizona, Utah, California, and Colorado by tracking the leasing pipeline, deal status, key transaction information, lease abstracts, hand-off meetings, and more. She’s a born and raised Phoenician who grew up in North Central Phoenix, attended Xavier College Prep and graduated from Northern Arizona University.   Cara started her professional career as an elementary school teacher but has spent the last 17 years working in commercial real estate.   She joined Evergreen in 2023.

In my free time, you’ll find: my husband and I watching a Netflix series with a Golden Retriever harassing us for hugs and kisses. 
A fun fact about me: I am a huge heavy metal music fan and enjoy going to live music shows.
