Multi-family Development

Surveying the current real estate environment with an eye towards the future, Evergreen expanded into multi-family development in 2010. We purchased our first multi-family site in June 2011 and are presently working on several other developments in the Phoenix and Denver markets.

Park 28, Phoenix, AZ: is a 152-unit Class A, urban in-fill, multifamily project located at the northwest corner of 28th Street and Indian School Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Construction commenced in August, 2014 and the project opened for leasing in October, 2015. Park 28 is conveniently located near the Camelback Corridor and Biltmore Fashion Park, and enjoys convenient access to Downtown Phoenix, Old-Town Scottsdale, Downtown Tempe, and Sky Harbor International Airport.

3rd Avenue & Indian School Apartments, Phoenix, AZ:  This multifamily project will consist of 306 Class A apartment units situated on 7 acres and within one eighth mile of the Metro Light Rail.  The project is an adaptive re-use of the former Phoenix Motor Company Mercedes Benz dealership.

Trellis Apartments, NWC 12th Street & Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ: Trellis on Bell is a master planned mixed-use redevelopment of 32 acres; formerly the home of a large computer chip manufacturing facility.  This project, once completed, will be a true mixed use development with restaurants and shopping along Bell Road.  Trellis will be home to 306 Class A apartments including a resort style pool and clubhouse.  Each apartment unit will feature desirable amenities, including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  The project will also include approximately 90 energy efficient single family homes from Cal Atlantic.  All of this will be within walking distance of a local park in the heart of Phoenix!

Outlook Littleton, Littleton, CO: is a mixed used Class A apartment development located in Littelton, Colorado.  The property features 250 multifamily units, 10,000 square feet of retail shops and a day care facility.  Multifamily amenities include: a clubhouse with game room, business center, resort style pool and spa, fitness center, dog wash and bike repair shop.  The retail shops include: Dunkin Donuts, Subway and others.  Outlook Littleton was delivered in 2015.

Outlook Golden Ridge, Golden Ridge, CO: is a Class A, TOD apartment community in Golden, Colorado.  The 177-unit community features: adjacent access to the Denver Light Rail system, 360 degree views, and elevator served units.  Community amenities include: a clubhouse with game room, business center, resort style pool and spa, fitness center, dog wash and bike repair shop.  The community includes a dog park and community garden.  Outlook Golden Ridge was delivered 2016.

Outlook DTC, Denver, CO: is a 250-unit Class A apartment community located at the “Main and Main” corner of the Denver Technological Center.  This community’s superior location provides high walk-ability to both employment venues as well as the plethora of nearby restaurants.  Unit finishes set a new high water mark with quartz counter tops, walk-in showers and counter depth refrigerators.  The property features a clubhouse with game room, business center, resort style pool and spa, fitness center, dog wash and bike repair shops as-well-as generous structured parking.
