Amy is a Project Manager with Evergreen’s multifamily development team in Colorado, and has beginning-to-end responsibility for multifamily projects, including; scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor collaboration, and document management. She works closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and executive management. Amy has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry in the areas of management, estimating, and as a field superintendent. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University with emphasis in Business. She joined Evergreen in 2020, and became a certified graduate of the Small Giants Leadership Academy in 2023.
