Rogg Collins is a Principal and member of Evergreen’s Acquisition Team. His primary responsibilities include sourcing ground-up retail development projects and site acquisition work for national retailers with a focus on the Central and Northern California markets. Rogg works closely with Evergreen’s retail clients and is actively involved in store placement strategy, site acquisition and assemblage, deal structuring and negotiations, preliminary due-diligence, site planning and deal documentation. Rogg has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, and his previous work as a broker and in-house real estate representative brings a valued development perspective to the numerous retailers he represents. Rogg holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business and has been with Evergreen since 2001.
