EVERGREEN ANNOUNCES OPENING OF ACE HARDWARE STORE AT VILLAGO MARKETPLACE
Casa Grande, AZ (March 4, 2013) – Evergreen, a diversified real estate company headquartered in Phoenix, announced today the grand opening of the Ace Hardware store at Villago Marketplace. The 9,950-square-foot store includes 3,811-square-feet that were added to the existing shops to accommodate the new hardware store.
“We look forward to being a part of this community and providing the superior level of service associated with Ace Hardware stores,” said Jan Blanco, Ace store owner.
Villago Marketplace is located at 2820 N. Pinal Avenue in Casa Grande, AZ and is 100 percent leased. Ace Hardware has over 4,400 locations across the United States, each is independently owned and operated. In addition to this location, Jan Blanco also owns Ace Hardware stores in Tempe and Chandler, Arizona.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ace Hardware to Villago Marketplace and look forward to the synergy they will create with our existing tenants,” said Heather Personne with Evergreen. Villago Marketplace features Fry’s Marketplace, Subway, McDonalds, Chase Bank and other retailers. The architect for the space addition was Butler Design Group and the general contractor was Chasse Building Team. The transaction was brokered by Evergreen Commercial Realty and AZ7 Real Estate.
