Evergreen Devco reports the following deal:
Evergreen Devco, a retail and multifamily development with headquarters in Denver and Phoenix, has purchased 5.86 acres at the northeast corner of 144th Avenue and Washington Street in Thornton. The company plans to develop a shopping center called Dry Creek Commons. Construction is expected to begin in May.
