Michael is a Development Manager in Evergreen’s Arizona office, working on various commercial projects throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, and Utah. Michael is responsible for all facets of the development cycle, including site design, due diligence, entitlements, building permits and construction oversight. Michael holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree, each from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He has been a licensed Arizona real estate agent since 2009. Michael joined Evergreen in 2018.
