Tina is a Development Manager at Evergreen and is responsible for managing all aspects of Multifamily developments from feasibility through design, entitlement, construction and property management. Tina’s experience in development, construction, and design provides a well-rounded and versatile approach to her projects. She has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate development and construction and holds a BA in Interior Design with an emphasis in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Tina has been with Evergreen since 2020.
