Lisa Mamangon is the Controller for Evergreen Devco. Lisa’s core responsibilities include treasury management, Yardi management, 401K account management, and financial reporting analysis and management. She oversees the accounting team and financial reporting.

Lisa has nearly two decades of small business accounting experience with a demonstrated history/focus ranging from real estate and multi-faceted accounting, Asset Management, Property Management, financial analysis, process improvement, team building, and leadership. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona. Lisa is a Certified Small Giants leader, having graduated from the Small Giants Leadership Academy, a program that teaches leaders to prioritize greatness over growth, put people above profit, and to have a lasting, positive impact on those they work with. Shejoined the Evergreen tree in 2022.
