Evergreen Devco recently welcomed Ferlicia Lai, as our Senior Accountant where she will manage accounts receivables, journal entries, financial analysis, reporting, and more. Ferlicia comes to Evergreen with extensive accounting experience, having recently served as a Senior Accountant specializing in real estate development and asset management. She received her bachleors degree at the National University of Singapore and is fluent in Mandarin.
