Jim Bulsiewicz Hired at Evergreen Devco, Inc.

Evergreen Devco recently welcomed Jim Bulsiewicz as Vice President to lead our Arizona Multifamily business line. Jim has more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He comes to Evergreen from a global real estate developer, where, as a Director, he managed various developments in Arizona from concept to sale. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Elon University and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
