Cara Cunningham Hired at Evergreen Devco, Inc.

Evergreen recently welcomed Cara Cunningham as Retail Leasing Assistant. She will assist in the lease-up of retail projects in Arizona, Colorado, California, and Utah by tracking the leasing pipeline, deal status, key transaction information, etc. Cara comes to us with 17 years of experience in broker administration across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry. She is a born and raised Phoenician who grew up in North Central Phoenix and graduated from Xavier College Prep and NAU.
