Declan serves as a Superintendent at Evergreen, where he oversees the construction of the company’s multifamily projects and is responsible for delivering them on schedule, on budget and to the highest standard of quality. Based in Colorado, he brings seven years of industry experience to the role.

Declan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston and is a certified Associate Constructor through the American Institute of Constructors.

Outside of work, Declan volunteers with two veteran-focused organizations, Hire Heroes USA and Service to School. He is an avid outdoorsman and stays active through skiing, surfing, hiking and time in the gym.
