Evergreen Devco would share profit with city, after deductions
The developer of the year-old Sprouts Farmers Market in Loveland has put the property on the market for $9.85 million, but the grocery business isn’t going anywhere.
Tyler Carlson, a principal with Phoenix-based Evergreen Devco, confirmed Wednesday that his company listed the 26,000-square-foot store with commercial real estate company CBRE “a couple of weeks ago.”
