Phoenix-based Evergreen Devco Inc. looks to bolster its growing industrial portfolio by building a new business park in Mesa near Falcon Field Airport.
Evergreen on Jan. 4 filed an application for rezoning to the city of Mesa that would make way for The Landing at Falcon Field. The project would include four industrial buildings that total 551,320 square feet at 1919 N. 46th Street, according to the application. Plans also call for 7,000 square feet of retail space with two drive-thru stores along McKellips Road.
