Evergreen Devco, which broke ground on the redevelopment of a retail center in Pleasant Grove in June, has now sold the 5,500-square-foot property for $3.1 million. Pinot Pasadena Land Co. purchased the property.
The newly developed three-tenant retail center is located at 855 W. State St. and is currently home to a Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style restaurant and a Beans and Brews Coffee House, both of celebrated their grand opening earlier this year. The third and final tenant will be Dough Co, an edible cookie dough shop. Dough Co is anticipated to open this spring.
Evergreen formally acquired the 1.036-acre property in June, when it became the retail and multifamily development company’s first project in Utah since the company expanded to Salt Lake City in 2017.
The redevelopment was finished in November. Draper company Rimrock Construction built the site and Farnsworth Group designed it.
