Phoenix-based Evergreen Development, owner of the retail center on the southeast corner of Lone Hill Avenue and Gladstone Street in San Dimas,  announced that its center is 100 percent leased, with Café Rio, Krispy Kreme, Panera Bread and Five Guys, just more than one year after breaking ground in May 2015.

San Dimas tenantsJimmy John’s and Dickey’s Barbecue Pit are slated to be open in July, followed by Nekter Juice Bar and WaBa Grill, which will open in early fall.

“Our goal for the center has always been to enhance the shopping experience by adding great dining options for the greater San Dimas community,” said Chris Bergren, Principal of Evergreen Development. “Area residents will now have a wide selection of exciting and highly sought-after restaurants to choose from.”

The retail development sits on 2.8 acres of land, which Evergreen purchased from Costco in late 2014 to construct two multi-tenant buildings with space for restaurant and retail tenants. The two buildings that Evergreen has are 11,234-square-feet and 7,825-square-feet respectively. The property is anchored by a new, strong-performing Costco.

Evergreen Development has offices in California, Arizona, Colorado and Texas, and saw immense potential in the Costco location, which draws both local and regional shoppers to this site.

Los Angeles-based RMCA is the architect and Irvine-based Camco Pacific is the contractor for the retail center.
