3rd Ave & Pinnacle Peak road is a two building, 155,150 square foot, ground-up industrial development.  This property is located within the Deer Valley district in Phoenix, and benefits from it’s proximity to the $165 billion dollar semiconductor factory owned by TSMC, the world’s largest manufacturer of microchips. In addition, the area benefits from abundant retail amenities and easy access to I-17 approximately two miles west.  The project is under construction and is scheduled to be complete in fall 2027.
