Alisse Caton is a Director of Development. Prior to joining Evergreen, Alisse was a Land Use Planner where she was primarily involved with the design and entitlement of various development projects in Arizona. Alisse holds a Masters of Science in Geospatial Sciences and a Bachelors of Science in Urban Planning, both from Northern Arizona University. She is also a member of the American Planning Association and AICP certified.
