Brian Dietz
Brian is Evergreen’s Vice President of Industrial Development. He started the company’s industrial platform in 2021 and leads the company’s Industrial acquisition and development efforts. His 20+ years of institutional experience in commercial real estate includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and leasing. Brian has a passion for Industrial real estate and has held positions at some of the industry’s most prominent institutions. Prior to joining Evergreen, Brian was a VP – Investment Officer for Prologis, the world’s largest owner of Industrial Real Estate, where he led its capital deployment efforts in Colorado and Arizona. Brian has also held positions at Opus Development Company, the Black Creek Group (now Ares), Lauth Group Inc, and a previous stint at Prologis in its Strategic Capital group. Mr. Dietz is the 2026 Colorado Chapter President of NAIOP. Brian earned an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and a B.S. in Studio Art from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. He is a certified graduate of the Small Giants Leadership Academy.
