Doug Leventhal is Evergreen’s Chief Operating Officer. Doug is involved with all aspects of Evergreen’s retail commercial development, managing capital and investor relationships as well as overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the company. Doug is the Designated Broker for Evergreen Commercial Realty, the brokerage arm of Evergreen. Doug earned an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and both a Master of Architecture and Master of Business

Administration Degree from Arizona State University. Doug’s professional community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Board for Valley Partnership as well as serving on the Board of Advisors for REIAC Southwest and participating in ASU’s Real Estate Council. Doug has been with Evergreen since 2000.
