Erin is Vice President | Property Management and is responsible for the daily management of assets in Evergreen’s portfolio as well as assets controlled by third-party ownership. She is responsible for maximizing the total return for each asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance. She works closely with tenants and vendors to reach the ultimate goal of increased NOI. Erin holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communication from Arizona State University and has been with Evergreen since 2006.
