Ian joined Evergreen  as a retail development manager in 2024. He is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with municipalities,  and ensuring projects are on budget. Before coming to Evergreen, he was a Senior Development Associate for a local commercial real estate developer. He managed the development process for build-to-suits, adaptive reuse, redevelopments, and multi-tenant shopping centers across nine states. He also worked alongside general contractors to facilitate infrastructure plans and RFIs during construction. Ian was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and attended the University of Arizona where he earned his degree in Urban and Regional Development. Ian was a part of several different clubs including being the vice president of the sports analytics club.

In my spare time, you’ll find me playing golf, watching every sports team from Arizona and Boston, and playing with my dogs Kona and Lucy.
