Javier is Evergreen’s Associate Construction Manager and is responsible for pre-construction. He works closely with the Development Managers and the Director of Construction -Retail.  Javier has more than 4 years of experience in commercial construction. He holds a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University. Javier has been with Evergreen since April 2021.
