Jeremy is Vice President at Evergreen where he leads Evergreen’s multifamily development and value-add pursuits in the Utah and Idaho markets. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. During his career, Jeremy has developed and acquired multifamily communities across the United States and internationally. Jeremy has significant experience in structuring joint ventures and in the financial underwriting of complex real estate transactions. He is a licensed real estate agent in Utah and a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Economics with a minor in Chinese from Brigham Young University. Jeremy joined Evergreen in 2021.
