Josh is a Development Manager in Evergreen’s Arizona office, working on various commercial projects throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, and Utah. Josh is responsible for all facets of the development cycle, including site design, due diligence, entitlements, building permits, and construction oversight. Josh graduated from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Over the past four years, Josh worked for a nationally recognized developer on mixed-us and large-format shopping center projects. Josh is a proud father of three young children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family outside and traveling to explore new places.
