Leanne Koppes is responsible for the daily management of assets in Evergreen’s portfolio as well as assets controlled by third party ownership. Her knowledge in the property management segment of commercial real estate is centered around lease administration and vendor services. She uses her strong customer service and organizational skills and works closely with tenant and vendors to reach the ultimate goal of increased NOI.

In my free time you’ll find me spending a lot of time with my family. I have two grown daughters and two grandsons, plus 4 bonus grandkids. I like to go to concerts, dance or play volleyball.
