Position: Regional Office Manager

Lucy Alvarez is Evergreen’s Regional Office Manager.  In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of Evergreen’s 4 offices, she assists with event planning, project coordination, and operations. Throughout her career, Lucy has managed multiple offices across different locations, overseeing everything from organizing events and supporting staff to ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations. Her background also includes transaction coordination and loan processing, where she developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Lucy is dedicated to creating organized, efficient work environments while fostering a positive team culture that encourages growth and success. Lucy joined Evergreen in 2024.
