Luke is one of Evergreen’s Development Managers and is responsible for development due diligence, securing the entitlements, and collaborating with consultants to produce an A grade final project. He works closely with the development and acquisition teams. Luke has more than 4 years of experience in commercial development. He holds a B.A. in Political Science – Prelaw from Michigan State University as well as a master’s degree from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with an emphasis in Real Estate Development. Luke has been with Evergreen since 2021.
