Stephanie is a Preconstruction Manager in Evergreen’s Colorado Multifamily business line, helping get projects off the ground before any building begins. She’s involved early on—developing budgets, preparing estimates, working through design details, and making sure everything is aligned for a smooth transition into construction. Stephanie brings 13 years of experience with general contractors, having worked across multiple departments and field roles, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how to set projects up for success.

When I’m not working you’ll find me traveling, golfing, camping, hiking, or gardening. I also love going to concerts and comedy shows.
