Madison is a Superintendent in Evergreen’s Colorado Multifamily business line.  She is a Colorado native and attended Minnesota State University Mankato on a soccer scholarship where she earned her bachelor’s degree in communications and master’s degree in sports management. After college Madison was introduced to construction and has never looked back. She recently completed an $85M, 367-unit type 3 wrap project in Downtown Denver serving as a Superintendent fulfilling multiple roles throughout the project. She managed everything from the completion of a 5-story parking structure, framing through unit turnover to management, and everything in between.  Madison is highly regarded by subcontractors for her exceptional organizational skills, knowledge, and ability to create workflow throughout a project while developing outstanding relationships with companies and their piece workers. She joined Evergreen in 2023.
