Michelle has been in the construction industry since 2003, leading some of the largest and most complex projects across a wide range of sectors as a Lead Superintendent. A graduate of Portland State University with degrees in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Construction Management, she brings a strong analytical foundation to every project. Michelle thrives on driving massive, high‑stakes builds across the finish line, solving complex challenges, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results. She genuinely loves what she does—and when she’s not pushing big projects forward, you’ll find her riding her loud Harley on summer weekends and snowboarding all winter long.
