Nicole is a Project Coordinator and responsible for supporting the project management of Evergreen’s developments in Arizona, California, Colorado and Utah. She works closely with Evergreen’s Retail Development team to guide Evergreen’s projects to success. She has 17 years of experience in the Residential and Commercial Real Estate industries, and her previous work as a Project Coordinator for a master-planned community developer, brings valuable experience to her position managing projects. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University.
