Russell Perkins is a Principal of Evergreen. He manages an experienced team of retail Development Managers and sources new development opportunities in the Colorado Springs and Southern Arizona markets. Since joining Evergreen in 2001, Russ has—either personally or as the director of a team—successfully developed over 100 retail developments in Arizona, California, and Colorado—all of them profitably. He has significant experience in land acquisition, site due diligence, entitlements, design and construction management, and tenant relationship management. Russ earned an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Management Finance from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and is fluent in Spanish.
