Tracie is Evergreen’s Sr. Office Manager.  She oversees office operations and supports office initiatives, helping to ensure the day-to-day functionality of the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. Tracie also plays a key role in streamlining processes, supporting internal communications, and contributing to Evergreen’s culture development.

Tracie’s 20 years in the real estate and marketing fields, along with her experience running her own graphic design firm, give her a well-rounded understanding of the business and its operational needs. She is a certified graduate of the Small Giants Leadership Academy and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
