Zach is a Sr. Vice President of Development and is responsible for all aspects of a development’s cycle including planning, design, pre-construction due diligence, entitlements, building permits, managing dispositions, user coordination, and overseeing construction. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, and his previous experience as a Project Engineer brings a valued perspective on site layout, design, and construction. Zach is a Certified Small Giants leader, having graduated from the Small Giants Leadership Academy, a program that teaches leaders to prioritize greatness over growth, put people above profit, and to have a lasting, positive impact on those they work with.  Zach holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Nebraska and has been with Evergreen since 2014.
