Hires Heather Wiseman as new Director of Leasing
PHOENIX, ARIZ – Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, announced the appointment of Bryan Lamond to Director of Acquisitions – Arizona. Lamond joined Evergreen in 2016 as Director of Leasing. In his new role, Lamond will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating prospective acquisition opportunities in central and northern Arizona.
In making the announcement, Laura Ortiz, President and Managing Principal of Evergreen said, “Bryan has played an instrumental role in the leasing efforts at Evergreen and we look forward to him being an integral part of the strategic acquisitions that will continue to move Evergreen forward in the Arizona market.”
Heather Wiseman will be taking over Lamond’s position. She joins Evergreen as the new Director of Leasing. Wiseman is relocating to Arizona from Denver where she was Leasing Executive at Weingarten Realty.
“With Heather’s eight years of experience in commercial real estate and the many great relationships she brings from her leasing work in Colorado, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and Albuquerque, Heather will enhance our already great leasing program,” said Ortiz.
Wiseman will be responsible for Evergreen’s lease negotiations and managing the lease-up and tenant mix strategy for a diverse mix of retail real estate developments throughout the western United States.
