DENVER, CO – Oklahoma-based convenience store chain QuikTrip Corporation recently acquired two land sites, one in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver and the other in Parker. The acquisitions kick off QuikTrip’s plan to open up to 70 stores in the Denver metro area.

Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, sold a 2.43-acre retail pad to QuikTrip located at the northeast corner of 40th Avenue and Central Park Boulevard.
