PHOENIX – September 12, 2024 – Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail, multifamily and industrial development company, announced today that Jim Bulsiewicz, Vice President of Arizona Multifamily, will be a featured panelist at the Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference Phoenix on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Bulsiewicz will be part of an expert panel for the session titled Collaboration is Key. The session will focus on enhancing the multifamily development process between project stakeholders from pre-construction to delivery. The session will run from 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
As vice president, Bulsiewicz is responsible for leading Evergreen Devco’s Arizona multifamily portfolio. He has more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Evergreen, Bulsiewicz worked for a global real estate developer, where, as a director, he managed various developments in Arizona from concept to sale. Bulsiewicz holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Elon University and a master’s in Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
