PEORIA, Ariz. – [July 13, 2017] – Phoenix-based Evergreen Development Company announced that it has completed the sale of its Lake Pleasant Crossing multi-tenant retail center, named The Shops at Lake Pleasant, located at 25355 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, on the northeast corner of Happy Valley Road and North Lake Pleasant Parkway in Peoria.
“Peoria is one of the Valley’s fastest growing areas,” said Laura Ortiz, president of Evergreen Development. “This additional retailers and service providers in this well-located, high-traffic property complement the already-established amenities within the center’s mix.”
The Shops at Lake Pleasant was 100 percent leased by Lance Umble of Phoenix Commercial Advisors at the time of the sale. Chad Tiedeman, also of Phoenix Commercial Advisors, handled the sale transaction of the 7,550-square-foot building to JSPR LLLP.
Completed in February 2017, the retail building features tenants of Delia’s Cleaners, Pet Planet, Sprint, A Tender Dental and Classic Nails & Spa, on 1.43 acres.
In addition to its proximity to Fry’s Marketplace and Lake Pleasant Towne Center, The Shops at Lake Pleasant is close to Lake Pleasant Pavilion.
