Evergreen Announces Promotions of Key Leaders
Evergreen promotes Ken Gatt and Zach Bonsall to Key Leadership Positions
Phoenix, AZ (June 19, 2012) – Evergreen, a diversified real estate company headquartered in Phoenix, today announced that long-time team members Ken Gatt and Zach Bonsall have been promoted to the company’s Principal team. Ken Gatt joined Evergreen in 2003 and leads the company’s leasing and business development functions. Zach Bonsall has been with the company since 2005 and manages land acquisitions and private equity partnerships for Evergreen.
“Mr. Gatt and Mr. Bonsall were appointed to our Principal team because of their many successful contributions to the company and their individual accomplishments over the course of their Evergreen careers,” said Bruce Pomeroy, Evergreen Co-Founder and Managing Partner. “We look forward to the new perspective and vision they will add to our leadership team.”
Ken Gatt has more than 25-years experience in the real estate industry specializing in retail development and leasing. Mr. Gatt has completed over 750 lease transactions with various local, regional and national tenants. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and recently served as the State Director of ICSC for Arizona and New Mexico.
Zach Bonsall has structured multiple joint venture partnerships and helped expand Evergreen’s reach to source private equity and strategic relationships from Latin America. In addition to his acquisitions and capital sourcing responsibilities, Mr. Bonsall leads Evergreen’s sustainability initiatives. He is a LEED accredited professional who has served in various leadership positions with the Arizona U.S. Green Building Council and was recently appointed as a Stephen Chamberlin Fellow from the Urban Land Institute.
