As one of only eight principals at Evergreen Devco, the strategic move further strengthens Evergreen’s growth outlook and reflects the company’s confidence in Erika’s capabilities and leadership in and outside of Evergreen.
As Principal, Shorter will continue to focus on acquisitions in the Colorado market, collaborating with landowners, brokers, tenants, consultants, and municipalities to develop retail and mixed-use projects that enhance local communities, while taking a more active leadership role in executing Evergreen’s strategic vision.
